MNSSHP on Halloween

I would assume that normally MNSSHP is crazy busy on Halloween night. I'm thinking this year may be a little different, but of course I have no idea. My oldest (teenager) really wants to go, so I was going to try to make it happen. Would I be better off going on November 1?

We think MNSSHP is the best special event at Disney World. Sad, but understandable that they cancelled.
