MNSSHP on Halloween

Could someone please clear something up for me. We are planning to attend MNSSHP on either Oct. 30 or 31. Can tickets be purchased in advance for these dates? The way we are interpreting the info. on this website makes it seem as if you can only buy the tickets at the gate. Also, do these dates tend to be the most crowded for this party? Any info. would be helpful!

Yes those dates are the most crowded, and you may buy the tickets in advance. I have read they will be available May 1st.

We've been to MNSSHP twice on Halloween; sold out both times and, IMO, the crowds were very manageable both times. We walked on many of the "E-Ticket" atttractions!

The exception was Mickey's Toontown. We did run into some crowds there.

Yes, the wording is confusing but what they mean is those 3 nights the price will be the GATE price, not the advance purchase price. Last year it was just Halloween night that was more expensive but now they've extended it the last 3 parties.

The last two parties will sell out. Last year Halloween didn't sell out till at least September though...it took longer then before. Maybe due to the price increase. Not sure.

I've gone Halloween night twice and we still had a great time. If you go in with priorities and a basic plan, you'll do fine. I focused on the festivities rather then the rides...although we did do some rides.
