MNSSHP on Columbus Day crowded?

We are considering doing MNSSHP on Oct.13 since it is a non premium date. Anyone been on columbus day in the past and can comment on the crowds?

Very few days sell out for MNSSHP. Of course Halloween always sells out. I have noticed in the past the MNSSHP held over the Colombus day weekend also sells out, which leads me to think that that crowd is as big as the MNSSHP held during Halloween night. However, we have noticed that the Colombus day weekend sell-outs generally occur closer to the holiday vs Halloween which sells out much earliler. There are not many sell out nights for MNSSHP anymore, but Colombus day weekend falls right behind Halloween. Some of the other sell outs appear to be when there is overlap of free dining and the beginning of the parties.

I'm thinking it will be crowded....I'm going 10-9 to the 17th. Only non premium for my dates is my arrival day(too tired) and Columbus Day.

I was surprised the next party (Thurs 10-16) is a Premium night. Turns out Fl has no school on the 17th....

I expect it to be busy all the nights. I'm taking my chances and NOT buying tickets till I get there.

Didn't realize FL schools were out the 17th too....hmm....we might need to reconsider changing to that week after all. Does anyone know of anything that might cause bigger crowds the next week Oct.19-26?
