MNSSHP on a Sunday or a Tuesday?

Those are my 2 choices and I am trying to decide. Sunday is less expensive if that makes a difference in crowds. I would figure that Tuesday would be less busy but since Sunday is cheaper, that might be the best night to attend.

Any thoughts?

I had the same dilemma and leaned towards Sunday because if it rains out or is cancelled we could hopefully go Tuesday.

If you are worried about crowds, Friday parties are always the busiest. But I have never seen much of a difference in crowd size between a Sunday, a Tuesday, or a Thursday.
The first time we went, the crowd calendar said that Thursday was the best day to go. Well, everybody must have taken that advice and we heard people commenting that it was even busier than Tuesday.
My advice is to go on the day that fits best into your schedule.

I like this idea. We are going to book for Sunday and if it gets rained out, we still can go Tuesday. Thanks!

How much rain does it take for a cancellation? I was at a MNSSHP five years ago in a deluge! My plan is to buy tickets on a Saturday for either Sunday or Tuesday based on weather. We are scheduled to arrive Saturday morning and stay through Thursday (9/9-9/14).
