MNSSHP Oct 27th & 30th

Let me start off by saying, "My name is Carrie and I'm addicted to Disney World."

Now that I have that off my chest.

I am planning a trip down to Disney for Oct. 27th - Oct 31st. Will anyone else be there during this time? I purchased tickets for MNSSHP for Oct 27th and Oct. 30th (since we're leaving on Halloween).

I know the crowds will be busy (I was working a Pecos Bills during this time in 2004) but I just LOVE the Halloween Party and the food and wine festival! Oh yes... there is one other small thing that inspired my trip. My birthday is Oct 30th and I really wanted to celebrate again in Florida.

I would love to meet anyone who will also be coming down during this time. My trip is quite open for suggestion. (I'm normally the major planner - not anything so strict as to say "Ride SM at 10:15, Ride CoP at 10:35...." but I do love to map the trip out in advance!)

I'm also looking forward to writing my first trip report.... I'm normally only a 'lurker' and don't often write much. I'm looking to change that however!!

Glad to be an active member of the board and I look forward to hopefully seeing some of your smiling faces in October!

I will be there on the 27th. We are so excited. We are then boarding our 1st Disney cruise on the 28th. We have already started packing for this journey!

It seems like a lot of memebers here on the boards are going to the park in early October or late September.

I can't wait to head down to the park...

Does anyone know how much has been changed in the parade and evening events. I believe that I read somewhere that a lot changed after the 2004 MNSSHP. I might be mistaken though....

Boo to you was so cute! The only thing I'd leave out was the Home on the Range part (Sorry to HOTR fans!).

I just hate to think the grave diggers won't be part of the parade.... or.... who knows what else!!

We will be there from the 27th -Nov 3 and attending MNSSHP on the 30th. I saw a video from last year and the grave diggers were still there. This will be our 1st party and we are so looking forward to attending.
