I,m wondering the same thing. If that is the case then why keep the tickets, just get our money back and enjoy the night for free.

Ooooo, I am so mad! Things like this make me want to rethink this party. We had such good time two years ago and now to find all these changes. I can echo previous posters thoughts, the park will stay packed. Having done evening EMH I can attest to the fact that the parks don't clear out just by saying" time to leave".
Why call this a hard ticketed event if eveyone can see the parade and fireworks? I see nothing special about it anymore.

I'm still on the hunt for Disney's customer service email address.![]()
Quinn222 said:Apparently they are. They aren't closing the park until 7, when the party starts. They used to close at six to get non ticket holders out. Now they aren't going to do that. They won't be able to ride the attractions but it's not about the rides. Now we have to fight for a space to see the parades and fireworks with people who didn't pay for tickets to the party. I have no idea how they are going to handle trick or treating. Looks as though they are doing the same for MVMCP too.
They were talking about it on the WDW Today podcast this week. They couldn't believe they were going to do that and thought it was just a typo on the web site. So they called a source and were told it wasn't a typo. They aren't clearing the park. They'll make an announcement and ask people to leave. That's it. But why would anyone leave when they can see the parades and fireworks and characters for free?
