Just a helpful hint; I tried twice before getting a CM on the phone who would set up a LTT PS for the MNSSHP. The first call was to the dining reservations number and for some reason they have always told me that LTT is booked for the night.

I called back under the general reservations number, where you would call for the tickets themselves...and they give me a reservation every time no problem. FYI...

I had the same experience with Disney Dining; I called for PS for the LTT for Oct 19th (in conjunction with MNSSHP). Was told they were booked solid for that night; got the same response after calling three times in the same day.

Got up next morning and called right away: Got PS and had a choice of times to pick from. Who knows???

my guess is that they take all of the priority seatings and "move" them to another location on the computer... maybe with the MNSSHP tickets or something. So when the CM's look up the PS's for those nights it shows as booked; this is probably done because they usually do not take PS's before 60 days for LTT, so it has to be done differently or it would get kicked back on the computer system when requested. If they aren't aware of the new location, they can't help you with it. Just my guess! Thankfully we read the boards and know what to do! It's our second LTT/MNSSHP combo; also did it for MVMCP and loved it.

 Can someone please explain to me about dinner in MK on the night of a Halloween Party? I'm sorry I don't know all the letter abbreviations. Is there a benefit of having PS's if you have tickets for the party one night? Doesn't the park close and then they let you re-enter with your special Halloween Party ticket? I'm so confused thinking that if you make PS's maybe you don't have to leave MK but then how do they know you belong in there for the Halloween Party? Thanks for any help you can give.

If you are in the park for the day and are staying for the MNSSHP, they will usher everyone into fantasyland, I believe it was last year, and give everyone a wristband. In the past two years, you did not have to leave the park. We are not going to be in the park that day, so we made a PS(priority seating) for LTT(Liberty Tree Tavern) for 5PM; at the front gate they will give us a wristband when we tell them we have a 5PM priority seating at LTT and they will check our confirmation number/names. To me it's an advantage to be in the park when the party starts, but it's only a matter of minutes I guess. It's our tradition to go to LTT first prior to the parties. The characters are dressed in costume and it's great family style food so we always try and go.
Hope this helps.
I also think there's a link that explains all of the abbreviations, if you are interested! I looked but not sure where it is.

Twinglefam, Thank you for making me understand that. I am going to call and try to get PS for the night we are there for the party. : ) Yipeeeee something else to look forward to now!! : )

I have been calling the dinner reservation number and they have been telling me I have to wait 30 days before to make a PS for LTT. I just called the general reservation number and made my PS for 10/31 5.10 PM.
