MNSSHP/LTT--did I screw up??

We have a 4:15p ressie, I wasn't planning on using park admission that day, just the party ticket. I spazzed out I guess, I forgot you can't get into the park till 4. Do you think we'll make our reservation? Maybe if I powerwalk ahead of the rest of the group I'll make it as close to 4 as possible. What do you think???

I wouldn't sweat it. You should have no problem making it by 4:15, but even if you're a little late I wouldn't expect you to have to wait excessively. But I would aim to hit the turnstiles as close to 4pm as possible. Have fun!

We pretty much did exactly what the OP is planning to do last October. It was no problem, as LTT was quite late in seating us anyway. It just meant we sat around for maybe 5-10 minutes less than we would have if we'd been there at 4:15 on the dot.

Actually, if you're at the gate at 4, you should have no problems getting there by 4:15...its not THAT far away.

As I recall, LTT doesn't even officially open until 4:00 or a little after. They close for a bit after lunch. If you get to the gates at 4:00, you'll be back there within ten minutes anyway so you'll still be a bit early.

You didn't screw up, you did things very wisely! You aren't burning a park ticket, and you are eating well before the party starts to avoid wasting valueable party time in the restaurant! See how smart you are.

We actually snagged a walkup for four two years ago on a party day. Had ADRs at Concourse but decided to go on in early, asked at the podium ( it was 5PM) they seated us by 5:30

No. With just the party ticket, you can enter the park after 4:00 p.m. The official party start time is 7:00, but with that party ticket, you can actually enter at 4:00. If you want to go to the MK earlier than 4:00, than yes, you will need to use a park ticket.
