MNSSHP lots of questions ... first time doing the party

so here I go on my own post

So... we are planning to attend it either Sept. 20th or Sept. 23rd. I assume the 23rd, a Tuesday, will bebetter? Right?

Is the ticket price also the entry to MK or will I need a valid theme park admission as well? (Hearing co fusing this GS about when people with a party ticket will be allowed to enter MK the day of the party which made me wonder if the MNSSHP ticket would be entry).

How much of a hassle/wait will it be to meet Rapunzel with Flynn Ryder? My 6 yo wants to meet him so bad but I don't want to waste half the party waiting him...

Any other suggestions/advice? T will be my, DH both DD's 4 and 6 years old

1- Yes.
2- Yes.
3- No.
4- Party tickets (alone) will allow guests to enter MK as early as 4PM on the day
of their party (even though the party does not officially start until 7PM.)
5- No hard numbers, but the line will likely be long.

You don't need a park ticket, just the party ticket and you can enter at 4pm

How much of a hassle/wait will it be to meet Rapunzel with Flynn Ryder? My 6 yo wants to meet him so bad but I don't want to waste half the party waiting him...
If you get in line for Rapunzel at 6pm, yes an hour before the party starts, you will be close to the first few families in line. while you are "wasting" an hour - it's better to "waste" this hour before the party starts then take an hour out of your party time. Does that make sense?

Eat before the party starts... there are limited dining options during the party. I'd suggest getting a 4:30 ADR at a table service in MK or getting a quick service dinner around 5pm... then get in line for Rapunzel.

By the way, the ticket to MNSSHP states that it starts at 7:00 (or 6:00, I can't remember) but they let you in with just the MNSSHP ticket at 4:00. It is an unwritten rule.

I met Rapunzel and Flynn last year at a sold out party. We got in line for them at 640 and were the 4th group. They let us in to see them right at 7. I'd recommend that strategy

Definitely will get in line early and wait before the party compared to waiting long during the party

There have never been FPs offered during parties.

I can confirm that last Oct at MNSSHP no FP + or regular Fastpasses (the machines were still there then) were available during the parties.

So If I am understanding correctly - if I have MNSSHP tix on Sunday 9/28 and I DO NOT have park hopper can I go to AK in morning and head to party later on with party tix?

As long as you don't try to enter before 4:00.

This will be my third party and I've always opted to only get the party ticket for that day. It saves a bit of money. Plus, I like to stay as late as possible so I try and take it easy in the beginning of the day so I'm not too tired.

The best thing I like about the party is that the lines are short/non-existent for our favorite rides so we skip all the special events and take advantage of the short lines. My son is. Ride freak so we are going to try and hit as many as possible. (And a little candy too!)

I'll Be at WDW 9/28 - 10/3 and from the looks of the calendars I've seen, the party will be on the 28th and the 2nd for me. Unfortunately, my flight doesn't get in to Orlando until almost 3pm. Allowing for MDE and check-in, I won't have much time in the parks that night. So was thinking of MNSSHP that night instead of the night before I leave. If by some chance there is a delay, can I get into the party after 7pm?

But, I am hoping all will go smoothly and hopefully I can get in before the party starts.
