Does the LTT stll do a Character dinner before the Halloween Parties?

Currently LTT has characters while Crystal Palace is closed due to refurbishment, so the characters are temporarily at LTT from Jan - early Feb 2010 (can't remember the exact dates). LTT has not had characters since 2008 - LTT discontinued the character dinner in Jan 2009. So unfortunately, as of now, you would be unable to have a character meal at LTT before MNSSHP or anytime for that matter besides the temporary dates for 2010.
