We are going to WDW in Oct. and I want to bring my little ones to MNSSHP.

Few questions. I am trying to gather as much information as possible

1. Is it crowded on Weeknights?
2. Are the rides open?
3. Whats so special about it.

Any insight would be great.

They sell a set amount of tickets for each party. All the Attractions are open. They will take a free family photo which they mail to you. Trick or Treating for everyone is included, they give you a bag when you get to the park. They've done free face painting in the past. Special night time fireworks that differ from the normal nightly ones. A special Halloween themed night time parade twice per night. The Headless Horseman travels the entire Parade route about a 1/2 hour before the parade. The crowd varies. Earlier in the month is less crowded, the closer to Halloween the more crowded it gets but the waits for the rides aren't bad. The later you stay the easier it is to get on the rides because the crowd thins out as it gets later. We never watch the first parade. They will let you into the park with the Party Ticket beginning at 4PM so you don't have to use a day of a hopper ticket if you do something else like a water park the earlier part of that day.

Thanks for the information

The parade is awesome with all the characters dressed up for halloween. There are spots to trick or treat all over the park. A special fireworks display.
We had a great time and can't wait to do it again,
