We're not sure about attending the MNSSHP this year, especially being that we will not have any children with us. But since we are staying at Ft. Wilderness, we thought that maybe we could see the fireworks from where we are.

Has anyone done this from there?

Also, I've heard about seeing the fireworks on a Haunted Hay Ride there. Does anyone know when they start doing this?? We will be there Sept 20-27. I know that the party is going on for quite a few nights then, but not sure about the hay rides? :confused3

Thanks for any info

Jen

You CAN see MK fireworks from FtW.

I've watched them many times from the rocking chairs on the porch at the Crockett Inn (side facing MK).

Also, from anywhere on the rim of Bay Lake facing the MK.

Boat Dock area is good.

We don't have any information on the HAUNTED WAGON RIDES for 2006 yet but here's the info we have on the Wagon Rides as well as 2005 Haunted Rides.

My family did the wagon ride a couple summers ago.Great view of Wishes! When we went a truck was parked behind us with speakers so we could hear the music too.It was awesome!

Baloo, didn't the haunted hayrides get canceled last year? I thought that there was so much damage in the Ft. Wilderness area after the hurricanes that they canceled it. :confused3
