Last year we skipped right by it as we didn't know it was free. Does anyone know what time they would start (7:00??) and would there be a long line right at 7:00 if so? Thanks!

We saw it and it was free again. I would think that the line would start forming before 7. I would think that either get in line early or wait until later into the night.

When DD andi went a couple of years ago I think we stood in line about 30 minutes and it was pretty soon after 7:00 because it was daylight when we got in line and daylight when we finished.
