MNSSHP Face Painting

I know that my DD4 will want to have her face painted. Who am I kidding, I want to also! lol. Any tips for avoiding a bad line?
What time do they start? (7:00 exactly or a little earlier?)
Do the crowds deminish after a little time there?
Where are all of the locations?
Any pictures? (From this year or past!)

Every time I went by the line was long.

Its only in Adventureland and Toontown.

It starts right at 7:00p now that the park doesn't close till 7:00p.
