MNSSHP Entering Park Question

Ok, so my mom decided to go on our trip to WDW next week. I bought her a MNSSHP ticket for the party next week. She is trying to not spend a lot of money on this trip (she is retired) and is only going to be buying park tickets that she will need (me, DH, and DS are annual passholders). How early can she get in the park the day of the MNSSHP with the MNSSHP ticket? We were only planning to go to MK that day for the party, and wasn't planning on going until our dinner reservation at 4:30. Can she enter with the MNSSHP ticket at 4:30. It would be a complete waste of money to buy a regular ticket just to get into the park at 4:30.....
