MNSSHP Early In?

If you have purchased a ticket for the Halloween party, do they allow you in to the park before the party actually starts? I believe they start ushering those without a ticket/wrist band out of the park early but do they let you in before 7?

Trying to figure out dinner reservations and this will help if they let us in early.

You can get in to Magic Kingdom with your party ticket starting at 4pm.
