MNSSHP DVC-discount tickets for 2009

hmmmm, I was going to wait until the week of the see how the weather shaped up, but maybe I'd better jump on those discounted tix.

Is there a set number of DVC discounted tix for those dates, or will the discount be available as long as the nght hasn't sold out?

I have this same question. We will be in WDW in 2 weeks so I would rather not spend the $ for the MNSSHP tix before we leave if possible. If the discount is available for my date as long as the tix are available, I should be fine waiting for a few more weeks.

Besides Halloween, did any of last year's dates sell out?

We (Me,DH,DS9,DS2,GM) will be arriving on Halloween this fall. We have never attended the MNSSHP....it will be costly given the only time we can see it is on Halloween, but is this something that is worth doing at least once? When does it typically start/end? How fast will the Halloween day tickets sell out? Will we be okay waiting until the end of May to purchase them while we are at WDW?

Lots of questions I know...thank you for any guidance!

Bought tickets yesterday.
Ticket limit for DVC member discount is 6 tickets ... we had 7 people so we had to purchase one child ticket at the advance ticket price.

We'll be there on the 29th as well. I think I will have DH call this morning. We're taking a chance on the weather but we've been very lucky in the past. We haven't been to MNSSHP in years - we've been going later in the fall and doing MVMCP instead. DD is terribly jealous that DH and I are going without her and doing a party! But she is starting college and can't exactly just cut class!
