MNSSHP Costumes on Halloween

I'm setting up to go to the MNSSHP on Halloween and wanted to get an Anna/Elsa M&G that day while in costume. Considering how hard it is to get one, I'm unsure if I can luck out and get one between 4 and 5 pm. Are they more lax to coming in before 4pm in costume on Halloween?

Never tried it myself- I usually run back to hotel to change during those hours- but, you are allowed to come in to the park at 4pm for the party so you should be okay...but I would not try any earlier than 4 pm

We've seen adults in costume during the afternoon on party days even before 4:00.

I always rent a locker and put my costume in there during the day

Thanks for the answers, yea last year i ran back to change between 3 and 4, but the locker idea is a great one. I guess I can go in part of the costume if its earlier and see the reaction and then put the full costume on right before I line up if I can't get a A&E between 4 and 5.

We went in full costume early in 2012. We had a reservation at the PL for our son to get made up at 3:30. I was nervous that we were pushing it, but no one said anything. Other then how good we looked.
