Here are our costumes we wore for the MNSSHP. We were Alice in Wonderland themed. It worked great and we had fun going through the Alice & Mad Hatter tea party (between Toon Town and Tomorrowland). My mom (Queen) made her costume completely from scratch (sewed it, made her own pattern, heart and bought crown at the dollar store), I borrowed mine from a friend, but you can find it all over the internet. It was a bit short for a 'family' party, so I wore white tights and even ruffled bloomers that went to my knee. I made sure the crinolin and bloomers underneath were pulled as low as they could go, most of the night, so it didn't appear so short. The kitty is 'Dinah', Alice's cat, is a purse that I got on ebay and tied a pink bow around. Finally, the Mad Hatter was made from salvation army finds (for the clothes), my mom made the bowtie and white collar. We bought the hat in Disneyland (no longer sold at WDW) and I cut up a white page-boy style women's wig. Then, I hot glued sections of it to the inside of the hat, teased it and hairsprayed it to make it 'wild'. We had a blast and went to the MNSSHP on Tue 9/30. It was a nice night. We got to the party at 4:30 PM and stayed till midnight. The only one that was hot was the Mad Hatter, until the sun went down, around 7ish. Other than that, great party, great reactions to the costumes, great weather, low crowds, and the staff was great. This was our first party.

Wow! Everyone looks great - I so wish I could sew costumes. Instead I try to find the perfect costume in all the stores, online, etc...

I wore that Alice costume the last 2 years!! It's my favorite of all the Alice costumes they sell online :)

Wow! Great costumes!! Did you get pictures with the Alice in Wonderland characters?

You were on the same bus to the MK as myself and my sister. We also went to MNSSHP that night. How weird is that?

It appears that you're standing in Port Orleans French Quarter! We stayed there just about the same time as you! It was a lovely resort and although we didn't do the Halloween party this year.. we def. want to do it next year!

I just returned from POFQ and had a great stay. However next year we are trying a new resort and are bouncing back to Pop.

The three of you look great, and kudos to your mom for a fantastic job with her QOH dress. I LOVE it when big kids dress up for MNSSHP, and we're always on the lookout for guests like you guys.

Going to this party is one of the highlights of our year, and we can't wait to dress up and go on October 26th!

Thanks for sharing your pics.
