MNSSHP Costume suggestions and advice

What are some ideas for family costumes for the MNSSHP? Last year son was a pirate and daughter was minnie. Wife and I just got Orange T-Shirts that had the characters on it. However, this year we would like to get into the action ourselves and have a family theme. Son is 3 and daughter is 19 months. The jury is still out on whether she will be going on the trip or staying with Nana and Pap. Also, any costume suggestions would have to be easily packed for air travel. Thanks for the help and suggestions!

you could always go as the Incredibles. Red shirt with the "i" , black shorts...you get the idea

Our son is Indiana Jones and the rest of us adults are dressing as "adventurers" that help him (brown fishing vests, brown shorts ect)

We are going to MNSSHP too. I don't know if I can convince DH to dress up. I really want to, DD6 and DS4 I'm sure will. I don't know if we could all coordinate. Hmmmm. Have to think about this one.

Last year we saw a couple of families dressed as the Incredibles. We also saw a group dressed as Scooby Doo and Gang (complete with a little Scrappy Doo) and another group dressed as the Flinstones (your kids could be Pebbles and Bam Bam). We also saw a family all dressed as Elvis impersonators.
