MNSSHP Costume Question?

We are thinking about attending this, if it is running while we are at Disney World. Since we are going on the Disney Cruise afterward, some of the folks in our party are wary about bringing costumes down there because they will have enough luggage without adding more.

If we attend and don't dress up, will we be in the minority and regret it?

If most people are in costumes, does that mean adults too, or mostly just the kiddies?

Thanks!

Well, I don't know too much about MNSSHP, BUT...

On the cruise, they have a Pirate theme night. SO maybe if you look into Peter Pan inspired costumes or such, you could use them on the ship also. Double duty so to speak.

Both adults and kids dress up. Will you regret it, maybe. Just resolve to dress up next year!

I went to two parties this past October - dressed up for one but not for the other.

Have fun!

You will not be in the minority. You could always get the party tshirts and put them on. You will have a great souvenier and something halloweeny to wear..lol.

DW and I attended MNSSHP twice during our trip in Oct. 2003. One night we wore costumes, one night we didn't. While it was fun to be in costume - we got several complements and due to our GoH nametags, several folks thought we were CMs - we had just as much fun not in costume. Be advised, also, that the weather that time of year is very tricky; one night may so cold your might freeze your wings off, another might be a bit too warm for that Baloo costume. But no, costumes are hardly manditory for a good time.
