MNSSHP - Calling in to Purchase

Hello,

We had Boo Bash tickets and attended the event last year. Mid-evening the event got rained out and cancelled (although we still got to go, get candy, ride, etc - go figure). Disney ended up giving our party of 5 credits for a future party and we are going to use them for the upcoming MNSSHP in August. We know that we are going to have to call to make our booking in order to use our credits.

I seem to recall that there were some "tricks" to hopefully optimize your place in the queue. I also seem to recall there was another number you could call that put you in a different queue with potentially less people.

Does anyone else recall this and could possible give me some insight?

It’s a “special events and tickets” line but the CMs who answer can do almost anything - or will transfer you where you need to go. I use it exclusively when I need to call disney for any reason.

After about 3 different departments and 4.5 hrs on the phone we got our MNSSHP tickets, and a credit to boot. So happy!

FYI - If you are staying onsite, you can log into MDE and buy online instead of calling for the early purchase.

For sure, but as I said in the OP, unfortunately we had no choice as we were trying to exchange Boo Bash credits from last year. Buying online would have been great!
