Hello all,

Heading back to Disney for 7 days (9/6- 9/11). 3 days for Food and Wine at Epcot, but also doing MNSSHP on 9/6. What are my options for these 2 rides? I love that we have so many knowledgable posters on here. Thanks

During regular park hours, your options are joining a Virtual Queue or purchasing either Multi Pass LL (Tiana) or Single Pass LL (Tron).
During MNSSHP both lines are standby. We were able to easily get on both during the party. Tiana was 20ish minutes, I think, right after the first parade (we watched from that corner and then jetted over to Tiana as soon as the parade was done going by). Tron was at the end of the night (11:40ish) and a very short wait.

Thanks so much! Thats perfect!
Another 2 questions-
1. Recommend first parade or 2nd?
2. How is viewing for fireworks, or rather how soon to stake out a prime spot, and are the crowds as thick as Happily Ever After in the main street to castle area?

Second parade has lower crowds but you will still want to arrive at least 20 mins before parade and possibly more. We found second parade more crowded than we anticipated as so many say it's lighter crowds.

Fireworks viewing last week we were able to secure a good spot 15 mins before fireworks. The crowds in general were much lighter that non-party nights. We had breathing room around us in the hub the entire fireworks which doesn't happen normally.

1. Really could go either way. We watched the first parade because we wanted to use the second parade to do rides while a lot of people left in the park were at the parade. Just make sure you plan for where you'll be during whatever parade you don't go to so you don't get stuck not being to cross over the parade route.
2. We didn't watch the fireworks, we were back in Fantasyland so I have no idea!

Could be a result of so many people saying it's lighter crowds people are doing that one. (Like how on the cruise line so many people stay on board in Nassau because people say it's an "empty ship" that it's really not all that empty.) Also "lighter" doesn't mean none. It really just means not packed in like sardines.

Thank you, I agree. We showed up for the 2nd parade 20 minutes early and were still about 3 rows back in the crowds which surprised me.

I think moving the first parade from 915 to 815 had an impact too. I doubt a lot of people wanted to go right into the party to right sitting waiting for the parade. So they choose the second. I didn't do the parade this year because of it.

Related to Tiana's... Are you able to join the queue during the hour between close and the start of the party (6-7pm)?

Yes. We got in line around 5:40 and the line started moving right around 6..

I thought there is no standby during regular park hours. How were you able to get in line before 6? Do they form a standby party line prior??

Getting in line that early is really everyone hovering in a line (of sorts) in the area near where the steps to the train station are.
