Hello,

My daughter (11yo and the holder of the DAS) and I will be attending two parties next week.

Priorities for us other than rides - which are also important especially Big Thunder, 7DMT, HM and Space.

Meeting Jack and Sally
Meeting 7 Dwarves
Boo to You parade
Hocus Pocus show
Fireworks

How would you go about dividing these up amongst the parties with DAS? We only need to do the meets, HP show, and fireworks once. I would like to see the parade twice and rides as much as we can. What time can I ask for a return time for the character meets? Is it after the party officially starts, or before?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can only request return times at 7pm once the party officially starts. I'm not sure how the wait times have been but if 7 Dwarves is less than 75 minutes I'd probably get that, then do Hocus Pocus / Parade / Fireworks while you are waiting on Jack and Sally.

You can enter the park at 4pm the day of your parties...get a head start on some of those rides. DAS will be open to be used until about 6pm. Then from 6-7 it shuts down to make sure that all the people not staying for the party leave as they are supposed to. Then at 7pm DAS starts right back up again. I found, last year when I went, that you had to like force shut down the app around 7pm and then re-open it just to get the DAS to show back up again.

If your daughter is in a wheelchair or ECV you can look for the designated areas to park so that you can see shows, parades and fireworks easier.

Sorry I ready your question wrong, you are able to book DAS ahead of time for your trip, especially if you are going to more than just the party...

Positive, but you cannot enter before 4pm. When you get there...look for the workers dressed up in their Halloween costume, they will have the bands you will need for the party, just scan your party ticket like you would normally. If you don't get it then, as it gets closer to 6pm, you will start to see more of them come out and they will have bands for the party goers to wear, as well as the maps and candy bags.

We are attending the party on the 22nd and I have dinner reservations already set up for us in the park at 4:25pm. Then when dinner is done, we will head out for the party, already being in the park .

I went last year to a Sunday party. I have the Pixie Pass which has me blocked on Sundays. I was entering solely on the party ticket.

I entered at 4 pm, went straight to GR. They added my DAS and said I could book on MDE 4-6 pm. Then the tile in app disappears but I could still get manually at the attraction. At 7 pm the tile will reappear and it will be business as usual for getting times. I had 2 times before 6 pm, a manual time after 6 pm, then again booked myself after 7 pm on app.

Warning - we went to the party this week - and the 7 dwarfs LL queue was over 40 minutes long. Maybe it gets shorter later on, but we bailed after 10 minutes.

We will be in MK all day before the 8/22 party and on 8/25, we only have a party ticket. I am just trying to figure out how to best divide the stuff we want to do between the two parties.

Question: Can you get a DAS return time during 4-6pm (eg, for Dwarfs M&G or Space Mt) and then redeem it after 6 (if the 7 Dwarfs are seeing people early) or at/after 7 pm (after Space Mt rider overlay is in effect)? Or do you have to redeem any DAS booked between 4-6pm before the party starts? Thanks!
