MNSSHP and ADR's in the park

I got tickets to MNSSHP for Sept. 26th, does the park ALWAYS open to party guests at pm on party nights? I was thinking of making a diner reservation at the plaza for :30/5:00ish but I don't want to make it if we aren't guaranteed entrance (because then obviously i would lose the $10/person fee). We don't have actual park tickets for this night, just party tickets.

You can enter the MK starting at 4 PM using your MNSSHP ticket. If you want to enter the MK prior to 4 PM, you would need separate MK admission.

Thanks!! that WAS supposed to read 4pm and 4:30 respectively, but my 4 button isn't working well lol...sorry!!
