Halloween is my favorite time of year! I love the fall colors, cool breeze, decorations, culinary treats and most importantly the costumes!!! I find Walt Disney World not only embraces my favorite festival but adds to it with style and flare, where else can adults and children of every age dress up and go Trick or Treating, meet fun vivacious characters like Cruella De Vil and Captain Jack Sparrow! Have you ever seen Dancing Ghosts let alone catch a ride with one?

Strategy to creating a Daily Itinerary
Personal thoughts on itineraries: They are like snow flakes no two are alike. So feel at ease posting them for discussion. Even if someone copies it rest assure they won't stay with it for various reasons, meet & greet, ADR's, parades, shows etc... these will vary from guest to guest - so post away!
My approach is keep it loose and get as much done as you can. I have two days and nights dedicated to MK on this trip so I'll be using park tickets, party tickets and dividing MK into sections each day: Fantasyland/Tomorrowland/Liberty and Adventureland/Frontierland.

Nick & Judy Zootopia Party Patrol

Location: Appear prior to each parade on Main Street ONLY. They come out from the alley onto Main Street so find a good spot!
Hours: 9:15 & 11:15
Duration: 5-10 minutes?

Mickey’s Boo-To-You Parade

Location: The BTY Parade starts by Splash Mountain and ends in Town Square. It runs the same direction each time.
The Headless Horseman appears 5-10 minutes prior to each parade, weather permitting. He follows the same full route as the BTY Parade.
Hours: 9:15 p.m. & 11:15 p.m.
Viewing: 9:15 ends @ 9:50 from Train Station
Duration: 20 minutes
Tip: To get Front Row for the First Parade at Frontierland I’d recommend at least 45 minutes to secure spots, 1hr. if Sold Out and at least 30 minutes for the Second Parade. For Main Street 1hr 20-30 minutes if Sold Out. Thanks @Cluelyss

Hocus Pocus

Hours: Aug & Sept 8:15 p.m., 10:45 p.m. and 12 a.am.
Oct & Nov 7:40 p.m., 8:35 p.m., 10:45 p.m., 12:00 a.m.

TIP: To see from the hub stake out a spot 60 minutes in advance and maybe earlier if attending a sold out party.

Glow-in-the-dark MagicBand with Mickey and friends in their Halloween costumes $39.99.

There will only be 4,000 of these limited edition MagicBands sold for the Party and the boxed set will feature a chocolate scent.

Available during the party nights, there is a range of clothing, pins and light-up pumpkin ornaments.

Green tee for kids and the remaining are adults.

Will be sold as individual limited edition pins, each with an edition size of 5,400. These pins will also be sold in a boxed set (1,000 edition size) and a framed set (300 edition size), each containing limited edition completer pins. Cauldron Pins $15.99 each. Food Allergy Info:
Guests with food allergies can get a special teal bag that will designate them as having an allergy (teal is the color that represents food allergy awareness). These bags can be picked up at Heritage House, Town Square Exposition Hall or any of the trick or treat locations. At the Trick or Treat Stations, these guests will get a teal token which can be redeemed for allergy-friendly treats and non-food items at Heritage House and Town Square Exposition Hall. Feel free to stop there if you have questions.

You can take photos of them but normally they do not pose for photos or do autographs.

wow, nice thread. I am going Christmas time. Hope someone makes something like this. Wow. Had a new thought today about trying to do a Halloween one at the 50th of wdw LOL It's just a dream but your post makes me want too try it.
I do like the way you spaced things out and it seems I could use some for the Christmas party as well.
