Just getting around to finishing up my lunch -- now that my soup is stone cold and the bread of my sandwich is stale. So I'm tossing those and going for the slice of pie I packed this morning...maple syrup apple pie.

I love pie!

Deep Dish Apple Pie with sharp chedder cheese melted over it. Yummmm!

Mrs Smith makes an exceptional Deep Dish Apple pie you can buy at most grocery stores. Highly recommended. Just be sure to get the deep dish one though. Her regular apple pie is only so so.
