I finally got to eat at Emeril's Chop House at the Sands in PA. It was DELICIOUS!
And honestly I was expecting it to be more $$$. Don't get me wrong it wasn't cheap ($155 for the 2 of use pre-tip) But we had appetizers, and shared a dessert. Glass of wine each and signature cocktail each. To me I was guessing over $200.
DH had the Rib Eye with twiced baked potato. He cleaned his plate with the steak and then moved onto the potato and was too full. So don't bother ordering the sides if you like steak.
I had the fish of the day. (Sock Eye Salmon- at least that's what I think it was) Creole style with lyonaise potatoes. mmmm It had crawfish on top and I would have licked my plate if the restaurant was a touch darker inside!
So we give it 2 thumbs UP! If you live near it check it out! Great for special occassion.
BUT The casino was the land of the walking dead. It's slots and video poker/blackjack only. And people had that glazed over look sitting with cards in the slots. And yes I played a tiny bit. *I should say lost a tiny bit.
