I LOVE PIZZA! Any type of pizza! If I had it my way I would serve different pizza every night of the week, but unfortunately even my kids get a little tired of it

Very little sauce tripple cheese bacon and mushrooms. Can we say heart attack waiting to happen. When I was in highschool I worked in a pizza place and would mae my own pizza to take home with me. I would put on a small ammount of sauce then a layer of cheese then the bacon then another layer of cheese then the mushrooms and then a top layer of cheese. We would also make double crust pizzas one crust small ammount of sauce then cheese then on with the rest as described above oh so good. I also really love Panzerotti. I would eat pizza every day of the week if I could but my family likes to eat different things most nights so I lose out hehehe. That and my wife has Celiacs disease and can't eat anything with gluten in it so that has cut down on the pizza consumtion in our house drasticly.

I have 2 favorites-

1) In Atlanta, GA, there is a place that makes their own Greek pizzas... feta cheese, tomato slices,gyro meat, and artichoke hearts...YUM!

2) Our favorite place in Birmingham, AL has a pie they is heaven on a crust! It has pesto, sundried tomato, feta and mozzarella, artichoke hearts, olives (and I usually hate olives), and pepperoni. We haven't lived there in 6 years, but we will drive there from Mom's house in Atlanta just to get that "za. Scrumptious!!!

Linguica, it's a Portugese sausage, a little spicy, but more flavorful than spicy. Or Chorico, it's another Portugese saugage, a little spicier than the liguica. I've never seen them outside of southeastern Massachusetts, but we have it in our grocery stores around here, it's pretty popular.

Oh, I LOVE anchovies. I buy them in the can, order my pizza without them, and them layer them on as I eat them. SOOO GOOOD!!!

We prefer an old-fashioned tomato pie--more tomato than cheese.

Contrary to popular belief, the best tomato pie in the world does not come from DiLorenzo's in the Chambersburg section of Trenton, NJ. You will find it at Papa's Pizza, also in Chambersburg, especially on Sunday when 74-year-old Papa is there making them himself.

If you are ever in Trenton, do yourself a favor and try this slice of Pizza heaven.

Okay, now how odd would I be if I said I like pepperoni pizza without cheese? (and no, I'm not allergic to cheese)

do they look at you funny when you order that??? lol one time i saw some guy picking up a pizza with no sauce.. just cheese and toppings.. the staff was laughing at him but he had little kids with him so i guess they just didnt like the sauce or something..

Oh yeah! Usually they ask if I am allergic to cheese. When I say no, I just don't like it, then they reaalllly look at me wierd!
