mmm....chicken marsala

so who knew it was so easy to make?

found a recipe...I dipped the chicken cutlets in flour and sauteed them in olive oil. then I cooked a vidalia onion and some sliced porcini mushrooms in olive oil...added the chicken, a cup of vegetable broth and a cup of marsala wine...served it ove white rice.
