Nemo, Mr. Toad or SM

nemo if you want... but when we did it a few months ago it took up all of the MM.

Typically if we end up in Fantisy land Peter Pan is the best to go on 1st because the lines are always lousy during the day.

SM I'll wait until opening

Are you going with little kids? Do you want to do the rides in Fantasyland other than Toad?

If there are no kids and you won't miss the other FL rides, then you should really figure out if you want to wait in a long line for Toad, or a long line for Nemo, because if you try to do both it will be hard. Space Mountain can definitely be done at the end of MM before the regular park-goers have gotten there, or you could just grab a fast pass if you feel the line has built up too much by the time MM is over.

If by chance you do have kids with you or you might want to do the Fantasyland rides yourselves...then the general rule is Peter Pan is first, always. Then Dumbo if you care to ride Dumbo, then others like Toad, Alice, Teacups, the scary Snow White and Pinocchio... Peter Pan is a really nice ride, I recommend it. But do it first if you plan to do it (on your MM day or on a non-MM day), b/c the lines build very fast.

Yep, Molly said it. . . it's the DangerMouse family mantra at MM:

"Peter Pan first . . . Peter Pan ALWAYS first!"

This is our first adults only trip.
Ive never seen Mr. Toad.
Guess we should do SM.

When we do EE at DW. We are the first people there.

Where can I get a nice clear map (to print) to do a touring plan? TIA

Im so excited already!!

Even with just adults I would do Peter Pan first. Followed by Mr. Toad, Alice, and Matterhorn (and Mad Tea Party if you desire). Then come back to ride Pinocchio and Snow White.

There is no reason to do Space or Buzz during MM because you can always just get a FP at opening and do it later with a short line. Fantasyland rides don't have FP.

Also Nemo (as we have found out on these boards) is probably best done in the later evening or during parades/fireworks.

Are you not wanting to do FL rides?

Or if you're wanting to do Toadie & a couple of others, tell us which ones you want to do? (or which one's you DON'T want to do).

As others have said, do SM near the END of MM/EE morning.

For me, (asuming no Dumbo, Carousel or Teacups):

- PP (Always first!)
- Alice
- Matterhorn (both versions)
- Toadie
- Pinoccio
- (maybe Snow White...but you can do it later as well.)
- Buzz
- SM

- On the hour you pick up a FP at SM or Indy.

Have fun planning a visit to Walt's Park. :thumbsup2

OK I got it now. You have to consider the FP.

Well do ...

Matterhorn
Toadie
Pinocchio
Buzz (ride/FP)
SM (ride/FP)
One or the other

Nemo right before parade - I hope to see the parades tho

Is PP, Pooh, Snow white, Buzz - exactly the same as DW?

Isnt a new ride opening soon with buzz? Wonder it it will be included in MM?

Laura, I know there are some links (that hopefully someone will post) regarding detailed differences between the DL & MK rides. My perception was that PP, Pooh, SW are similar to MK (but all are nice & worth riding if no line).

Buzz is much better at DL (because you can take the gun out & shoot more naturally (psst....triangles & diamonds).

You haven't mentioned Alice in Wonderland. Alice (& Pinocchio) is a very nice Fantasyland ride (great theming) that takes 3 minutes early during MM/EE (& it's not at MK!!!). It's right next to the Matterhorn.

Given your preferences above, I would do it exactly as you have it listed. But:

- I'd put Alice in Wonderland either before or after Matterhorn.

- Wait till later for the Buzz FP. But you walk right by it from Fantasyland on your way to SM & there's no line during MM/EE, so ride it. (But make Buzz one of your last FP pick ups, if at all.)

- If you arrive at SM at 8:50am (assuming an 8am MM/EE opening), ride SM & pick up the Fast Pass afterwards when they become available at 9am.

(unless you intend to walk over to Indy to pick up a FP at Gen.Adm. opening.)

- If you arrive at SM at 9am (given an 8am MM opening), pick up the FP first then ride SM.

Either way start your FP collection as close to Gen. Adm. as you can so you can easily have 3-5 FPs to enjoy in the evening when it's crowded.

No "NEW" Buzz ride. There will be a Toy Story thingy opening up at DCA this summer. perhaps Buzz will be involved?

If you haven't done so, read HydroGuy's Tip Thread....especially his DLR for WDW Vet. Thread.....it's absolutely essential reading.

Have fun!

Space Mountain! Then Peter Pan.:thumbsup2

Sorry, I (and many around here) highly disagree with this. Peter Pan fills up faster, Space generates a longer line later. Peter Pan does not have FP, Space does. FP makes it easier to enjoy Space with a short wait in the middle of the day. With no FP for Peter Pan, I can guarantee no short waits in the middle of the day.

Is PP, Pooh, Snow white, Buzz - exactly the same as DW?

I like Snow White at MK, Pooh and Buzz at DL. Peter Pan is similar, but still it's a great ride in both places!

Toy Story Mania? That's coming to California Adventure this summer. No MM for DCA. And the word is that it will not have FP, so if you plan on going June or after, you may want to get to DCA at its park opening because it will have long lines throughout the busy summer time.
