What do you mean ‘does not recognize’ What are you seeing?I do not have a problem with the 30 minute rule if that truly is the issue, but why not put that in the email? Also, it does not recognize one of my membership numbers at all. That is an issue.

So, she at least knew this is new, and you could log in earlier before. Guessing plenty of members have been calling them out on this BS. Then again, "closer to 11" isn't 30 minutes or an hour.
