I do not have a problem with the 30 minute rule if that truly is the issue, but why not put that in the email? Also, it does not recognize one of my membership numbers at all. That is an issue.

What do you mean ‘does not recognize’ What are you seeing?
 
The code you provided is incorrect. Try again. That is my membership number from 2001 when we bought our first contract and we check out that day from the BW to move to BLT. Ugggggg

I got the ineligible error at first then try to put it back in and it says incorrect … probably still ok

It says that for me if I try twice after it tells me I don't have a resort reservation.

Try refreshing the page and then put that number in again. It seems to always show that message if you try a second time without refreshing the page.
 
I stayed in the queue, just to see what story they were going to tell me. Got the same "wait until 30 minutes before" spiel. I pointed out that that absolutely has not been the case in the past, and got this from her:

So, she at least knew this is new, and you could log in earlier before. Guessing plenty of members have been calling them out on this BS. Then again, "closer to 11" isn't 30 minutes or an hour. I think it's broken and they are just trying to buy time.

Just as the OP stated, don’t bother using multiple browsers, devices. The queue number remains the same (seen at the bottom of the page) when the Member ID is entered.
