Probably been asked before but should we do Nemo on an MM day or during parades ? Probably the only time we will do Fantasyland rides is on MM as our kids are 11 and 8.Help please! TIA

Well, actually...would your kids like Nemo more than the FL rides? Since they are older, and, one would imagine, easier about waiting in lines, that's something to think about. IMO, at least.

It's prevailing wisdom that you use MM for Fantasyland, but if those rides aren't THAT big a deal to you guys, maybe using it for Nemo would be better for you?

But to answer your question...if you get in line for Nemo after you've already done Fantasyland, the line is going to be longer. Of course it's only going to get longer once the general public gets in. I got in line for Nemo around 5ish last September, and it was about 30, 35 minutes of line (and I find the line to be a fast moving, pleasant, line), totally doable.

Now reading your question again, do you have just one MM day? Or do you have more, either through a ticket from getawaytoday.com, or by staying onsite?

we only have 1 MM day! Getting tickets from our motel, which they said has 1 MM. Kids have never seen Nemo so it's something we want to do. Also will probably be our last trip for a while since we have been 3 years in a row, so we want to do ALL rides again, just in case! TIA

With just the one, then yes, the prevailing wisdom is to play in fantasyland on your MM day, and ride Nemo either very first thing on a regular day, or in the evening. :)

I was just there this past weekend. The Nemo line did not let up during parades. It was a constant 45+ minute wait.

We did MM on Saturday, went straight to Nemo and got on the 2nd sub. We were off at 7:30. We went to Peter Pan, which we rode twice with no wait. All other Fantasyland rides were walk ons as well but we didn't ride them. We then went to Matterhorn and rode it twice without even getting off, there was no line.

So we were able to get a LOT done with in our MM. I know the majority says you have to pick either Fantasyland or Nemo, but that wasn't the case for us.

I recommend Fantasyland during MM (why spend an hour for only 1 or 2 rides when you can get in 6-7+). The best time to do Nemo IMO is the evening, the later the better.

We did Nemo on our MM. it took us the full MM to wait in the line and ride. At that stage I regretted it, and thought we should have just done Fantasyland because I got to thinking that it would mean we wouldn't get the chance to do anything in Fantasyland.
Then we hung around after the fire works and Fantasmic one night and we were able to walk on all the Fantasyland rides, so it sort of made me change my mind...

Hmm, I think my advice is confusing... Who else?
