We have 3 day tickets that include one MM. DL is open from 8 am - midnight all 3 days. Do the FL rides have shorter waits late at night or should we plan on doing MM one morning? We have all teenagers and adults.

I think you will get way more down from 7AM to 8AM than late at night provided you can get up early enough to be through the gates at it shortly after 7. Course you can do both!! Sometimes taking a nice afternoon break can help with that.

I vote for MM you can knock a lot out in that first hour that you would never be able to do late at night. On our MM for DLR we were also in line just before parking opening to pull morning fast passes for Hyperpace., the minute the park opened that line got really long.

I guess I'll be the lone dissenter because I get so much more done right before closing. I have admittedly only used MM once, but when I did some of the rides were not up and running immediately, and the lines for the rest were fine, but not great. I wished we had slept in. But based on everyone else's experience, I do plan on giving it another try one day. On the other hand, when I stayed late this past December on a weekend, we rode every ride in FL except for PP and all were walk-on or 5 min wait, as were Pirates, BTMRR and other favorites. I would factor in how your group functions in the morning vs. late night. If wait times were the same, would you get more done sleepy in the morning or sore/tired at night? Also, will you have any jet lag? If you're coming from the East, I imagine the early mornings will be easier on you than the late nights.

I would say MM....for us, even though we don't want to get up early, we get so much done that we are thankful we do. Even with a mid afternoon rest, we get too tired late at night to stay. It sounds like a good plan, but it just doesn't work for us.

From my limited MM/EMH experience, I generally think it's kind of a toss-up for most of the Fantasyland attractions, with the exception of Peter Pan. That attraction always seems to have a long line and the only real chance at a short line seems to be right at opening (i.e., being one of the first guests through the gate and to the Peter Pan attraction). Otherwise, I think you stand a pretty good chance of experiencing fairly short lines for most of the FL attractions either during MM/EMH (although, I'm not sure that Storybook Canal and Casey Jr. are open during EMH/MM - they weren't the time I was there) or late in the evening.

This is such great info, last trip, we didn't use our MM.. .. But fully intend on it this trip, I think we should have 8am opening hours in late June..

I really, really miss MM/EMH when I don't get to use it, tbh. As others have said, you can get so much done earlier in the morning!

Early for the teens, late for the grown up peoples. (Wine Trattoria and MadTPartay)

Do bother with a midday nap. The nap is the key. Plus it gets you out of the parks for the busiest times and the hottest
