MM hours at DCA with summer promo??

We'll be at DCA this Sun with the summer promo--I thought we had early entrance, but the hours state it opens at 10am with no MM hours and I can't locate the specifics of the promo. Does anyone know? Thanks!

If you stay onsite, you can enter at 9am through the GCH entrance. If you stay offsite you can enter at 9:30am. 9:30 is the unnofficial opening of DCA, though the whole park won't be open. Soarin will, WoC Show Pass distribution will, and Little Mermaid will be open a little later for non hotel guest, open for hotel guest at 9am. Also rope drops will be set up, mostly for TSM.

DCA does not have Magic Mornings like Disneyland has. They do open some attractions an hour earlier for those staying on-site and 30 minutes earlier for others , which skiingfast explained in his post, but they don't offer Magic Mornings which is why you don't see that on the schedule.
