MM for Half Marathon

Hi,

Does anyone recall how MM will change due to the half marathon during Labor Day weekend?
I want to take advantage of it Sat morning but don't remember if it was changed because of the 5k or if the 5k was early enough that it doesn't interfere?

Also, does TT Morning Madness have certain days too?

MTTM is on M,W,F and Saturday.

When a special event is in the park in the morning MM is usually cancelled or shifted to another day.

DCA is likely going to have MM, so in the Fall MM may be able to be hosted by one park or the other.

Last year they didn't have MM on Saturday. The race starts at 6:45, but it takes a while for everyone to cross the start line and they sweep the parks after the runners. I think they did do MM on Sunday instead b/c it's a much earlier start time.

Also, a tip for Saturday. B/c of the sweeps after the race combined w/ the runners trying to get back to the hotels after, the security lines will be longer early on. So you might want to get to security a little earlier or wait until about 8:30 or so. 2 years ago was absolutely horrible, but last year was a little bit better.

Saturdays will likely be moved to Friday. Sundays stays the same I think because the part of the half thats actually through the park is much earlier in the morning.

The calendar only goes about 6 weeks out with park hours. Look in late July.
