I purchased photopass plus in 2013 and memorymaker in 2014. I am just getting around to printing the photos now. Costco is asking me to bring in a release (or the CD) to give me the prints. For 2013, that's no problem, but memorymaker was all digital downloads last year. Is there somewhere I can get a release?

one of the downloaded documents that came with our MM in 2013/2014 I believe was a release that you can print out. its possible they still have you in their system as its only been 2 years so if you call they may be able to verify you purchased the MM and email you a new release. I'm surprised they asked for it though - ive uploaded and had both Walmart & a local pharmacy print my photos with no problem or request for the release.

Sorry I can't help you with useful information on this issue.I do think you will get some great information from your fellow Dis folks on the issue. Danny

Every download comes with a .jpg image of the release form. It's in with your pictures.

Sam's Club asked me for the release last week. I guess they're cracking down.

What irritated me though, was that she called to let me know the pics were ready and did NOT mention that I needed one. When I went to pick them up, there was a note on top that I needed to provide a release. Wouldn't have been a big deal if I was at home! She told me to go home and print it and come back. Um, no. Plus her attitude was pretty crummy, like she didn't believe I had one.

I had to open the release and take screen shot in my phone, download the Sams app, upload the release, and send it through as a 4x6, so she could print it and make a photocopy for their files.

Sorry for my sidetracked rant, but yes! The release just shows up with your downloads. :-)

Yeah, when I have downloaded pictures in the past, a release has always been downloaded with them.

Our local Costco has never asked, but like someone said, maybe they're cracking down. Here's the release that came with ours last year.

Disney Photo Downloads

Disney Photo Downloads come with a limited license agreement granting permission to reproduce the photo inside the .zip file for personal use only. The copyright agreement is stored inside of the .zip file. You may need to present this agreement to your photo retailer when you create prints of your Disney PhotoPass photos.

My walgreens ALWAYS asked for the release.. So I always include it with the pictures I select to print out I am going to print because they keep it... It is in your download from the photopass website..
