MM and earliest PS at Minnie and Friends?

We want to do a Minnie and Friends b-fast on a Saturday, which is also an MM day, correct? I think the earliest seating also coincides with MM entry time. Are we still allowed to leave whenever we have finished our meal, or is everyone asked to remain at the Plaza Inn until MM is over and normal park hours begin?
We usually don't take a full hour to eat, so I am just wondering about the procedure.

We were at Minnies on opening and we were at the special breakfast entrance for rope drop, so we raced and had our breakfast. So although we were staying at GCH so could have done MM anyway, when we left the restaurant, nobody stopped us or asked to see if we were allowed to be there for MM

We just walked out of the restaurant and enjoyed the rest of our day.
