MLK weekend - what rates did you find?

Am thinking ahead to my 50th birthday trip in Jan 2004 - am considering moving over from WDW to USF/IOA for Fri - Mon of MLK weekend. First choice would be HRH (club if I could get a good rate, need 2 or 3 rooms) - what are your rates for this year and when were you able to book them?( I have all the cards). I know I'm planning waaay ahead, but am hoping to get all the kids to come at once for this trip! Thanks for any help!
I'll be watching for trip reports to see how the crowds are this year.
