We arrive Sat 1/17 for a week. Starting Sun we have UMPs which are good through Fri. We are two adults & two children ages 8 & 9. Which parks are typically the least crowded on the Sunday & Monday of MLK weekend?

We will be there at the same time. We plan on leaving MK until later on in the week since I think that will be the most crowded. Not sure about the other parks - our plan is to do either AK or MGM that sunday.

We arrive on Jan 17 for the week also. We're not staying in a Dsiney hotel this time since we have a bunch of Marriott points to use, so we're planning on golfing on Saturday PM and relaxing by the pool on Sunday and then doing a park on Monday. It will probably be AK. Then we'll do MK on Tuesday. It will be a new experience to stay off property. We'd be at SOG but.....the construction delays made us rethink that paln.

Having been at WDW for the past two MLK weekends and going again this year:) I would advise staying away from the MK on Sunday & Monday. We have had no problem at any of the other parks over the MLK weekend but we typically leave for home on Monday. We will probably spend Monday morning at Epcot or Downtown Disney before leaving for home this time.

we always go MLK week and I have to say last year on Monday we were in the MK and by around 11 am the crowds were way down. I think most people leave on that day, since the long weekend is over. Now on the Sunday before MLK day we were in AK and it was swarming with people. This year we aren't arriving until after the weekend, and the crowds are non existant. Have a wonderful trip Jan really is the best time to visit

We will be there the 16th - 21. Our plan that Sunday is to do EE at MK, late breakfast (10:30) at Cindy's and then a rest at our resort. Dinner at Whispering Canyon and then Epcot for IllumiNations. Has anyone been at Epcot on that Sunday?

Anne

We are also doing MK (EMH) Sunday morning, then leaving around noon. Since Saturday night is the only night MK is open late, we're hoping for most folks to go then, and stay in bed Sunday morning! LOL! We are spending the rest of Sunday at our resort.

We are going to go over to AK later in the day on Monday to catch the parade, and do Illumination on Monday night.

Can you all believe it is two weeks away!!!!! I'm so excited!

We were thinking of doing MGM on Sunday since they have early entry and then going over to EPCOT if it gets busy at MGM later in the day. We probably would go back to MGM for Fantasmic. We were hoping MGM wouldn't be too bad on Sunday with EE as there are not a lot of rides to wait in line for like MK. Debby
