MLK day vs Tuesday

We are going to be in Orlando this week. Originally we planned to go to Universal on Monday, but we didn't realized that was MLK day. Now we are wondering about crowds on that day and if we should go Tuesday instead. Had we not been on vacation our kids would have had school all week and would not have been off on MLK day, but I don't know about the schools in Florida.

If you have the option go Tuesday. I read a post recently that said Monday would be very busy.
