MLB Opening Day

and the Mets are in first in their division, the Yankees are in third in theirs. They'd be third in our division too.

*cough* yankees haven't won an entire subway series since 03 *cough*

:) But who's counting.

they havent swept since 03, is that the term your looking for

and the phillies are only one game behind the Mets, also, the yankees have the 5th best record in the A.L. second place in the wild card. If the yankees played in the N.L. they would dominate, thats why interleague play is so exciting the Yanks are good in it

another yankee win tonight, we swept the twins:cool1:

as of right now the Mets are losing, haha

The Subway Series consists of 6 games. 3 at each stadium.

The Yankees have tied or lost all of them since 03. Just sayin'.

The Mets did lose tonight but put up a fight until the 11th inning where they decided to give up and disappoint fans.

the yankees have not won a SEASON SERIES against the Mets since '03, please try to be less confusing

now the yankees and the mets have the same record

Brewers, two sweeps in a row.:) It totally sucks that we lost Rickie Weeks though...

Dude.. if you're going to have a Wisconsin football player in your sig, at least make it Chris Pressley. Dude's a freaking animal.. I was pumped when the Bengals signed him when he wasn't drafted.

And Reds are blowing this series against the Padres..

I don't want to scare people... They'd probably think he'd bust out of the screen and run them over.

Dude's freaking crazy. I was watching a video of him repping over 600 on squat like ten times.

Yeah, I wouldn't really want to mess with any of Wisconsin's fullbacks or the O-line. That O-Line is scary...Average 6 foot something and over 300 pounds. Sheesh.

this senior class OL class for IU was referred to as the "seven blocks of limestone" when they were recruited. we have a heavy limestone industry, hence the name. coming out of HS, all seven were 6'4" 300+ lbs.

it's crazy how big and athletic these guys are.

Big linemen are awesome and fun to watch.
Yeah, Wisconsin is lucky to always get the big linemen we do. They, along with our running backs are the only positions we can count on each season.

It seems like Wisconsin usually have big lineman, now that I think about it. Their two best OL in recent memory to me have been Joe Thomas [6'7" 315 lbs] and Kraig Urbik [6'5" 335 lbs]. Both are massive, haha.

Sadly, the Big Ten isn't what it used to be...good.

I know what you mean. It seems like the domination by the SEC continues year in and year out. IU's never been good, so I'm not quite as disappointed. However, it's fun to see other Big Ten schools do well. A lot of my family is Ohio State die hards, so I don't mind seeing them win. I wouldn't be surprised to see them down this year [down as in not a top ten team], with so many key losses.

Yeah, it is fun seeing other schools do well, but not OSU or Michigan. I hope OSU does go down. Michigan has fallen, now it's OSU's turn. It's time for another team to get to the top, and I'm fine with it even if it isn't Wisconsin.

Haha, it'd be funny to see someone like Northwestern on top for once. They basically have no one other than Wooten at DE [6'7" 270 lbs.], though. It doesn't help so many players have graduated from teams hoping to compete this year. I'd say the one team that was competing well that lost the least amount was Penn State. And even then, they lost their top two WR's and best CB.

Yeah, Northwestern or Minnesota, maybe Michigan State. Northwestern almost did it last year.

Actually, put Indiana and Purdue up there too....just anybody that isn't OSU or Michigan.

lol, don't expect Indiana to do ****. We've got one of the worst coaches in all of college football, a new starting QB, a new starting RB, two new starting WR's, two new starting DT's, a new starting OLB, two new starting CB's, and our top three S's are both missing spring practice due to injuries.

It's going to be a bad, bad year.

Texeria just hit a home run, 9-1 yankees in the 7th:cool1::cool1:

the last week is probably the best Ive seen the yanks play in years
