It is sold out and it's only offered till the 29th of Aug. However ppl have 24hrs b 4 time to cancel . So if you really want to go keep checking & good luck.![]()

Maybe we should call on the day of and hope that there has been a cancellation. Thanks for the reponse! We called a few weeks ago and were told it is all sold out for the rest of the time it is being offered. They said it sold out within a week or so of opening for reservations. I'm really disappointed as I was looking forward to this. We haven't seen Wishes because I hate fighting the crowds. We did put our name on a waiting list though.
It is planned to end later this month, but Disney has to realize the value of an item that sells out just after it is announced.
They may have a concern that the lower visitation outside the summer months and the free dining plan offers will detract from the demand, but they're doing nothing with that area (for money) during those times. It will be interesting to see if the this is offered later in the year - especially during heavier seasons.
WOW...I am your 5k post....cool!
Thanks for the info. I am blown away by this. I was really looking forward to it. I am the dessert queen--(forget about princess!)
Well,what will be-will be...
Have a great day and thanks again for the quick response...![]()

Your welcome. Hope you get lucky and get in. I'll keep my fingers crossed 4 ya. If you get in give a report on it PLEASE.![]()

They have to note the money making ways...
I wonder if they will offer it during Christmas???
I have to keep an eye out for it. Will post if I see anything...
Have a great day!
That sounds like such a great idea. Also the fact that your girls would really appreciate it. Again, if I hear anything I will post...Oh I hope so, that would be wonderful. We are going on Aug. 17th for DDs 10th Birthday, and we are going to be at POFQ in Dec. for other DDs 13th Birthday, and would so love to celebrate her birthday that way too.

I shall and with a cherry on top IF I get in.
I will be spending time in POFQ right before you get there...I will send you a heads up if needed be...
Have a safe trip!

We wanted to do this because we have enjoyed the Fantasmic dessert buffet in Disneyland (that little place in Anaheim) several times. They hosted it in the upstairs Gallery in New Orleans Square out on the balcony. It was overlooking Tom Sawyer's Island and a great view of Fantasmic. It was really hard to get a good view of Fantasmic there since space was so limited in that area of the park. The balcony was small so this event accepted a lot fewer guests than the WDW dessert buffet. It felt really special!
The Gallery was originally built as an apartment for Walt Disney and his family but it was not finished before he died and no one ever occupied it. Over the years they used it for various things...offices, storage and then an art gallery displaying and selling terrific Disney art. You could tell though how it was supposed to be an apartment. It was lovely. Now they have made it into a "dream suite". They gave away night stays during the Year of a Million Dreams. I can only imagine...
We only saw the DL Wishes from in front of the castle twice (we had to do it that second time for my mom's 65th birthday), the rest of the time we would catch a glimpse of it from the Grand Californian club lounge or even once from the top of Grizzly Rapids in DCA. But from those locations you can really only see the fireworks and it just isn't the same without seeing the castle. DH and I just aren't into the "staking out your spot hours in advance" thing.
Sorry to ramble about DL, but I wanted to spread some of those great memories to our trip to WDW. I will definitely keep calling and keep my fingers crossed. We are very flexible on this trip so we could really go any one of our 10 nights.
Good luck to all who are trying to get in!
