MK What time is the 3:00 Parade??

Looking at KTP and Disboard calendars for August - show the MK Parade at 2:00 some days and 3:00 other days. WDW calendar shows all 3:00. My trip is 8/20-8/28. WDW entertainment seems to update around a month out. Do we think KTP and Dis know something not showing on WDW calendar yet?

When the first Halloween party date arrives, the parade switches to 2:00 from then until Christmas week.

Thank you! I guess WDW calendar will catch up at one month out. But it helps my planning to know this now.
