MK Transportation Advice

Hi all-

I am staying at the grand floridian and on Wednesday my DH and I will be doing the early morning train tour at the Magic Kingdom. The tour starts at 7:30, so we want to be there by 7:15ish I believe. Should we plan on taking the monorail over? If we leave the resort at 7 will that work out? Do you have any better suggestions?

Yes -- the Resort Monorail starts running at 7 each morning. If you're at the station at 7, you should arrive at MK by 7:10.

It's been a few years since I did a tour at MK, but I think that they built in some time for Guests arriving a few minutes late. The tour didn't leave the meeting place until about 10 minutes after the official start time.
