Do buses go from MK to the other theme parks or do i have to go from MK to a resort like contemporary and then take a bus to the other parks ?

Yes.

There are buses from the MK to DHS and AK. For Epcot you take the monorail or ferry to the TTC and transfer to the Epcot monorail.

So roughly how much time should I allocate in transport from MK to EPCOT via Disney transport ?
also how much travel time from EPCOT to DTD ?
I am trying to plan my days and am hoping to park hop

Unless you're leaving at a time when there might be a line for the monorail at MK, about 45 minutes. Add whatever you need to get from the front gate to your destination inside Epcot.

also how much travel time from EPCOT to DTD ?

If you're willing to walk 5 minutes from SSR Congress Park station to DTD, about 45 minutes; longer after Illuminations. That would be to the RFC area; allow extra walk time to get deeper into DTD.
