Just wondering, (we are staying at BWV), if we do MK in the am and MGM in the PM, are we better off taking a Swan bus and than walking, as opposed to boat/monorail to TT, thsn bus to MGM?

Thanks
Sandy

Sandy - I did a boo-boo at Epcot and went to the front looking for a Swan bus - Duh! No bus. So we went on the monorail to MK and from there I hopped on a bus right back to the Swan. I think it took me less time to go on the Swan bus from MK than it would have to walk back through the World Showcase and through to the Swan via boat or foot. So my instinct would be to go via bus to Swan.

We've done that segue a couple of different ways. Depends on how much time you have and if you're interested in exploring different modes of travel.

one way is to take the MGM bus directly from MK. They run regularly.
a second way is to boat (or momorail) over to the TT and then pick up a bus from there. We like the change of pace with the boat/monorail once in awhile.

At MGM, take the boat back to the Swan. You pick it up just inside the walking entrance to MGM (not the ticket entrance). It is a beautiful trip and the captain is very interesting in his monologue.

WDW in June!

When I check the "how do I get from here to there" i said you had to go to TT first. The only reason I even checked is I couldn't visualize "park signs" at the MK bus line. Are you saying they are there?

Thanks again
Sandy

There are no park to park buses at the MK itself. You must first take the ferry or monorail to the TTC and catch the bus there.

As for which option will take less time, they both average to be the same. Depending on how you catch things, either one could be shorter.
