MK to HDDR to ASM

I figured out it is a ferry from MK to HDDR but I'm concerned we may not have an easy way to return to as we are signed up for the 8:30 show.

Can we go back to MK and take a bus back to ASM since MK will still be open for MVMCP? As long as the park is open the bus will run, correct?

Yes, it should be possible to take the boat back to MK. Or, there will be buses at HDDR to return you to your resort after the last show. It won't be quick but you will get there. They will combine up to 5 various resorts on one bus.
