MK to Chip & Dales Campfire

You can take the boat to Fort Wilderness from the MK. My grandaughter always loves that boatride! I would allow at least 45 minutes, but because I have never been to the campfire, I hope others can give you more guidance in terms of timeing.

We drove to Ft Wilderness, and then you need to take another bus from the entrance back to where the campfire is. I'd leave at least an hour-we waited a while for the bus that goes through FW. The buses have color names, and I don't remember which one stops there, but there was a map.

To get to the Campfire area from MK:

1. Boat from MK to FtW Campgrounds
2. Exit boat, walk from Boat Dock to Bus Stop (Settlement Bus Stop.) See map below.
3. Take internal bus to Meadow Bus Stop. (Tell any FtW bus driver where you are going.)
4. Walk to Campfire Program Area.

The trip can take an hour, or more.
